Spring Lectures- well attended

Good numbers have enjoyed the Heritage Centre Lectures since their inception in the Spring of 2012. The Spring Lectures of 2015 proved to be no exception.
Two excellent studies were given, the first by Pastor Derrick Morlan of Oxford, on ‘The Life and Work of Hudson Taylor’, and the second by Rev. Richard Brooks on, ‘The Ministry and Martyrdom of John Bradford’.
Both sp
eakers had done their homework and spoke with spiritual enthusiasm and warmth. It is encouraging to see such interest being taken in these outstanding Christians of the past; they really do have so much to teach us.
It is a biblical principle to honour them, and it is a tragedy that so many modern-day Christians have little knowledge of such inspirational men and women.
After the lectures there was opportunity to look around the exhibition and enjoy fellowship and refreshments.
